Cher Fried: Project and Customer Administrator

cherCher Fried has worn many hats at OEM Controls and OEM Data Delivery including her current role as Project and Customer Administrator. Fried started in customer service as a Sales Administrator back in 1988, then became an Administrative Assistant, Database Administrator, Phone System Administrator, and Crystal Report Developer.

“My favorite accomplishment is that I’ve worked with the same company all these years and experiencing the growth of OEM Controls and Data Delivery,” Fried said.

In her current role, Fried analyzes, plans and reports on customer data. She works with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Crystal Reports, and more to ensure that OEM Data Delivery and its customers get the most from their manufacturing, products and data.

Outside of work, Fried stays active with her two teenage daughters, including volunteer work as a PTA member, school dance planner and athletics booster. She also enjoys spending time poolside with her family.
