For all the hardware and software products, service and support is provided. Each customer is assigned a dedicated account manager. Unless otherwise specified, our hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 5PM EST. 

On-Site Training 
Whether you need a full turnkey implementation or a train and go solution, we can get you set up quickly and efficiently.  Starting with a site survey, we’ll build the best most effective implementation program to meet your needs. Our On-Site training includes hardware installation, hardware installation training, and software implementation and training.

Virtual Training 
Our technical training and project implementation managers can host web training sessions for members of your staff located anywhere in the world – all they need is an internet connection.
